As CPhI Japan is a trade event, no one under 18 years of age will be allowed to enter the exhibition.

Seminars
Most of the seminar rooms are allocated inside the exhibition halls and there are several morning seminars which start before the show opens. Therefore, the visitor check-in counter will be opened earlier for seminar participants only and guide them to the seminar room before the show opens.
18 April: 9:00 AM (for the seminars which start at 9:30)
19 April: 9:00 AM (for the seminars which start at 9:30)
20 April: 8:30 AM (for the seminar which starts at 9:00)
